As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Need some happy thoughts . . .
Please send some Novembie vibes to my aunt's father. He had a really bad stroke on Sunday and is doing very poorly. He can't talk, doesn't recognize anyone, can barely move . . . its horrible. He is an incredible man and my 11 year old cousin just adores him. My cousin isn't close with our grandfather and our nana passed away a few years ago . . . so this is her first experience with losing someone close to her.
I'm debating taking off and driving up to Monterey to stay with my cousin so my uncle can join his wife in Oregon with her family. My aunts parents have always been the sweetest people . . . very kind to all of us in-laws . . . so my heart just hurts for them right now. This man spent almost 60 years married to the love of his life . . . I can't imagine how hard this is for all of them.
