As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Aww, thanks for thinking of me! Well...
The very first apartment that we wanted, the smaller, with the tiny second bedroom, but no brokers fee, but the fantastic kitchen, is still a maybe. The people who are currently in there, are supposed to get a closing date on thier apartment any minute now. So that could still happen.
We have also applied for another apartment on the other end of the neighborhood (less convenient subway for us), which is a co-op. We have to go through a board review and interview, plus it is only a guaranteed two year rental and then we have to be re-reviewed by the board, which kind of sucks. It is a really nice place though.
We are also going to see two more places Thursday. In the meantime I have seen a lot of crap, and some nice places that are just a bit two small. There is just not a lot out there, so I'm really hoping one of the first two works out for us. This has just been an epic search, I wish we were buying and not renting, at least then it would make sense to put all this time into it!
