The landlord called today - she sold the house. The damn house has been on the market for 10+ years and NOW she sells it? We have 30 days to find a new place (nothing is available) and move. F*CK ME!

Thanks, ladies. I happen to work with a woman who is also a realtor. She has a house for rent, we're going to look at it tomorrow. *IF* it works out, it would be much nicer than this place, and the rent is only $100 more.
