I guess I didn't totally screw up that phone interview last week
Because I just got a call asking me to come in for a face-to-face 
I hope I don't bomb it because, like I said, I'm not a perfect fit for it. Keep your fingers crossed for me next week!

Yeah, my job hunt hasn't been going so well. You haven't been around the board long, but I went through a process last year with six rounds of interviews and ended up not being able to take the job they offered me because of independence/conflict issues (I work in a regulated industry). Most recently I've done 15 (yes, 15) interviews with another firm who's now in a hiring freeze. Oh yeah, and I've been talking informally to a third firm for about 9 months now but they're taking the slow boat on hiring.
Yeah, my hunt sucks.
