Tonight: Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce, Salad, Garlic Bread
Monday: Chicken Tortilla Soup w/sour cream, Tortilla chips & Cilantro
Tuesday: Broiled Tilapia Parmesean, Couscous w/roasted cherry tomatoes & capers
Wednesday: Girl's Night...we're doing pizzas
Thursday: Going to an Open House...they're serving food & wine
Friday: Eat out somewhere
Re: WFD this week?
I just bought a lot of quick and easy things for the next week and a half since we don't know when little missy will be here. I am sure that DH will want to grill steaks and veggies tonight. So, for the rest of the week I have things for:
Chicken and Rice Casserole
Sloppy Joes
Frozen Pizza
Chicken Tenders and Fries
----all really healthy things of course!!
Tonight-Italian chicken and potatoes
Monday-Lasagna
Tuesday-Garlic herb chicken and parmesan couscous
Wednesday-Shrimp tacos and homemade tortilla chips and salsa
Thursday-Grilled teriyaki pork chops, corn on the cob and parmesan foil packet potatoes on the grill
Friday-Fettuccine with chicken, spinach and tomatoes
Saturday-tailgate food
TI, IUIs, IVF = c/ps and BFNs
Tonight we are doing hamburger steaks with roasted potatos and rice
Monday cheesy chicken and rice
Tuesday homemade pizza (my husbands favorite)
Wednesday spagetti with meat sauce
Thursday probably a sandwich b/c DH has a football game that nigh
Friday probably eat out somewhere
Saturday TAILGATE food!!!
How do you do those potatoes? They sound great and I was just thinking the other day that I'd like to find some way of cooking potatoes on the grill!
Monday- chicken baked or fried, sides but not sure what yet
Tuesday-Taco Soup with tortilla chips
Wednesday- DHs B-day so probably out somewhere.
Thursday- Pinto Beans, fried potatoes, corn bread, etc.
Friday-not sure
Saturday- I am going out to eat with girls, I am making DH and his friends a Football party meal - chili, Chili dogs, salsa/chips, desserts.
Jason and I do better with planning four meals, then fixing whatever we're in the mood for, rather than deciding on what we're going to eat each night of the week in advance.
Meal #1 (tonight): SOS, creamy mashed potatoes, turnip greens for me
Meal #2: baked porkchops with risotto and homemade apple sauce
Meal #3: Pecan crusted tilapia, unsure on sides
Meal #4: Some kind of baked pasta dish....
oh Lord, whatever I can get in the mood for!!! ha ha
tonight- we are going to have to do simple, DH needs new suits so we are going tonight to get them.
Tues - Thurs : beef stew in the crockpot one night, chick rosa pasta, homemade pizza
Fri - date night
Sat - tailgating
