S- pb&j
L-maybe a 6-inch sub from subway
D- pasta w/ steamed asparagus
plan on taking a run tonight
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, unsweetened soymilk
L- 1 slice homemade whole grain pizza w/sun-dried tomato, spinach salad w/cucumber, oil/vinegar
S- plain ff greek yogurt w/pomegranate seeds, baby carrots
D- baked salmon, veggies
Activity- strength training video
Yesterday- felt like I ate too many carbs. I need to work on that...
B- Granola bar and a sprite zero
L - probably crackers or popcorn. my tummy isnt doing so well still
D - no idea
S - something from the above mentioned
A - depends on how I feel later.
Y - I got a great workout from hurling for three days. My abs look great. lol
Breakfast: Kashi GoLean Hot Cereal w/skim milk, coffee
Snack: Banana
Lunch: PB&J on wholewheat, Baked Cheetos, apple
Snacks: Sugar Free Jell-o pudding, Dannon Light & Fit yogurt
Dinner: Leftover turkey lasagna, salad
Activity: Not sure. We need to run to Target after dinner to pick up Miller's insulin, so we'll see how long that takes.

L: Leftover Japanese.
Workout: None. I am still sick...
Yesterday: I did what I said except I had a scone as an evening snack.
uuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh.....WEll, lets see....I had a BLIZZARD last ngiht, and they freaken made it wrong
thats what I get for cheating and eating ice cream, a fecked up blizzard.
Today:
B: A bagel w/ cream cheese and a grande latte
L: going out to Sauce with my sis and Olivia!
B- skinny bun/eggbeaters Lorelai special, coffee
L-Chobani yogurt, carrots/peanut butter...
S-a gazillion fireballs (ok, 4)
D-leftover quickmeal thingy for 2 that I add veggies to and make it for 4!
A-strength training and searching for a good piece of carryon luggage in the cold attic!
Y-did the week5... ugh. but I did it.
