As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • which part? I've heard of this. I think it's the law here. I mean, the year separation period definitely is, but yea I'm pretty sure you can't name anyone except your H on your child's birth certificate.

  • I"m pretty sure that's the law here as well...one of the reason surrogate rules get icky.

    If I cheat on the Mr. and we both know it, he's still the parent of record at the hospital.  Those are the rules.

  • In La your H has to be listed as the father. He can go to the hospital and fill out a form or some sht after the birth, but i'm not sure how it works.

  • I've heard this rule and do think it's dumb.

    I'm more bug-eyed at the super judgmental response about having a baby out of wedlock and "moving on while you're still married" and what not.  Like you should have to wait 2 years for freaking paperwork before you resume your life.
