Wednesdays are my crummy work day
I teach two classes (one at 8:00 a.m. at Campus A, one at 11:30 a.m. at Campus
, I have office hours (from 10:15-11:15), I work in the tutoring center from 2:00 - 5:00, and then I have my last required grad class [other than thes*s writing] from 5:30-8:15. *le sigh*
The only new/exciting thing for me is that my DH is buying us annual passes to Disneyland
I'm super excited about that. I think our first trip is going to be February 19th. We're going to try to go once a month.
Work and apt. hunting have kept me incredibly busy the past week or so. But really great things are happening at work so I can't complain about it too much. I was able to tell our Sr. Manager's boss (step below VP) that I saved the dept. $20K this year. I am also working on creating a new role for the dept. which would be a huge step up for my position. But if that doesn't pan out I proposed that everyone in my position be bumped up a paygrade based on other areas of the company with similar roles.
We move at the end of Feb. and we still don't have anything lined up. Kinda getting nervous. But we finally decided which one we want to go with and will submit our paperwork by the end of this week. Fingers crossed we can get everything done on time!

lucky - I tacked on an update to the origina post, but we put an offer in and didn't get it. There were other offers presented at the same time, and the winning one had a conventional loan with 20% down payment. Eh. We're okay - almost relieved. I'm just getting totally discouraged with my current market right now.
