I just wanted to thank you all for the good thoughts and prayers. My grandmother passed away this morning, but we are realizing more and more it was blessing she was in very little pain because it happened quickly and she never had to be in a nursing home, never had cancer, dementia, etc. She really lived a full life. I want to thank you for all the good thoughts and prayers because I truly believe this is what was meant to happen.

I am so sorry that she is no longer with you physically, but it's good to know that she is at peace. She will always be with you in spirit and in your memories. Sending you thoughts and prayers to get through this time.
I am so sorry for your loss. I'm glad that you were able to spend time with her and say goodbye. Your grandma and the love she has for you lives on in your memories. *hugs*
I'm so sorry to hear about your grandmother. I'm sending some good thoughts your way.
I know exactly how you and your family are feeling. My grandmother passed away right after new years this year and it was the same way, she never had any major sicknesses or to go to a nursing home which she didn't want and died peacfully in her sleep. Its so sad but at the same time it is a blessing becuase she didn't suffer.
