When is our GTG? Did we decide?
So DH and I think that we can probably make the NOLA GTG if he gets his vacation request in soon. Do we know when its going to be?
And, if anyone is going from the MidWest area and wants to drive down rather than fly, let me know. Rachel = deathly afraid to fly.

Its still up in the air on if I will be able to come or not, as my SIL is getting married on 10/9 in L.A. I just looked at the hotel she is blocking rooms at, The CHEAPEST room, for 2 nights is almost $500 the most expensive room is around $4000 (yes 3 zero's there)
Sooooooo we may be brooooooooke after her wedding. She also said its formal and that guys will be wearing tuxes....so we will have to rent or buy DH a tux, and now I am sweating on what I am going to wear to this. good lord.
If I remember correctly, the voting came down to the first or third weekend. We may need a re-vote.
And Agent - where is she getting married? There are surely cheaper places to stay nearby. What part of town is it?
My sister has announced she's getting married in October, too. I'm still waiting for her to be engaged. HA.
Aria she lives in Hollywood.
She is blocking rooms at the Roosevelt. DH will want to stay there if thats where all his family is staying, he will want to be there. No best western for us LOL
I dont know where the ceremony is at, but the reception is at a mansion in the hollywood hills.
The Roosevelt is haunted by the ghost of Rudolph Valentino!
It's overpriced because its on Hollywood Blvd and has a lot of history. There's a decent hotel around the corner that is much cheaper. Used to be a Holiday Inn, but not anymore. There's also a renaissance at hollywood and highland that might have deals.

So now should we vote again for either the 1st or 4th weekend since those 2 had the most votes?I can send you some. Or I can give you the recipe for the hand grenades (its a secret)........=)
