I was thisclose to passing out in the weight room this morning. My hearing was going, things were starting to go black, and I got that nasty chill. Thank God I still had my wits about me enough to stick my head between my knees and breathe deep.
I'm not sure what happened. I guess I either went too hard or didn't eat enough breakfast. My hands are still shaking. Yay...
