As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Lost Cascade
That was the bigger one, 2000 sqft. They did not accept our offer. Must have been a bigger or cash offer.
I did sign some more papers for Mesa Alta, short sale disclosures that we are not related to the seller and won't rent the house to them. Hopefully that's a good sign. We shall see.
