Hi ladies! How is everyone today?
I was having a good morning but now I am alittle annoyed. Our crib is being delivered today and I forgot to give Jeremy money for a tip and he doesn't have time to go out and get money because they are on there way. We are paying a $110 for the delivery, which I think is a lot, so I was like whatever I always tip but then I just called my mom and she made me feel like the worst person for not tipping. I told MH to get their names and we would send them a tip but now I am annoyed, I doubt MH will ask their names anyways.
Re: Good morning
Good morning! I have lovely first full day of period cramps. They used to be non-existant after having David but as time went on, they started going back to their normal full force.
Other then that, nothing new and exciting going on.
Good morning! Well after hearing all about Jo's sweet husband yesterday and all he's been doing...I went home to find mine fast asleep on the couch and he didn't do anything for the 2 hours he's home before Declan and I. I was so annoyed!!!
Jo don't worry about the tip. You're right it's a lot of money for the delivery but unless they are going to put the crib together for you I wouldn't worry about tipping them.
I'm glad you just mentioned tipping the delivery guys. We are having two recliners and two tables delivered today and I need to get some cash to tip our delivery guys.
$110 for delivery is a lot. I think we are paying $30 for our delivery (and the furniture store is about 40 miles away from our house).
And I'm doing ok today. My mom is mad at me. My sister may be mad at me (yet to be determined). But that's ok. I know I did the right thing so they can get over it (I posted about it yesterday but DDed it - long story short, MH and I got life insurance through a friend instead of through sis because friend would cost us $1000 less each year and he knew what he was selling us and could answer our questions).
Really? Damn I was hoping I would be cramp free the rest of my life because the same has happened to me!
ROFL... Jo, I wouldn't have even THOUGHT to tip them. ESPECIALLY if I was paying boatloads for delivery. They'll be fine. Have him offer them a drink and that's sufficient. LOL I think tipping has gotten WAY out of hand... that's JMO, though.
I'm doing pretty well... I slept fairly well and kind of forced myself to get back to sleep after Greg left this morning. LOL He's not feeling so hot, though... of course, his Dr's office can't get him in until Monday.
So it's a matter of convincing him to take the time out to hit up Urgent Care (he says he's going to go, but we have so much going on, he doesn't want to spend the time there.)
That makes me sad
I was really enjoying shorter periods with no cramping! Well I wouldn't say enjoying...but if you have to have it I'd prefer it this way.
Glad you were able to get some good rest! Good luck at he walk through of the house tonight!
Believe me, I completely understand. I used to have AF for a week, but now it's more like 5 days. I'll take that.
Ha that's what happened to me too
My OB said most people have worse periods so she was surprised to hear how much less intense they are.
Hi all! I am exhausted. I have worked the past 4 nights getting home at midnight, going to bed around 1. I am working again tonight and then Brian has swim meets the next 2 days. Yuck.
All the post baby AF ladies- I got Mirena when the girls were 4 mo old. I have no AF/no cramps/no spotting. I know some people still get their periods, and might have spotting here and there, but it has been great for me. I have had 3 periods since Oct 07!
I got Mirena too (well, minus babies) and have the same "problem." I got it in early June and had 1 AF in Nov. It's great!

morning all, nothing too exciting here, just ready for the week to be over.
on the AF thing, I'm on my second Mirena - had the first for 5 years (put in after Landon) second one put in last Sept. the "side effects" of no period does wear off over time, by the end of the 5 years I was more or less back to a "regular" period. when they put the new one in, I again stopped / reduced to spotting, my dr. told me it was pretty typical. hubs will be going in for the next round of BC - the permanent male kind.

Good afternoon ladies! I had an important bank meeting this morning that went much better than I was anticipating so I'm glad thats over. Now I'm just waiting for 5 because we are supposed to be getting yet another big snow/ice storm starting early in the morning so I'm hoping I can work from home tomorrow. I also have Zumba tonight which I'm excited for because I have not been exercising much since Derick was sick so Zumba is the only exercise I've been getting. It was also cancelled Tuesday for bad weather so I am really looking forward to it.
Nothing exciting going on here with my period!
Stacy, glad you finally got some good sleep!
