B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, unsweetened soy milk
L- a random mix of things...balela salad, baby carrots and a small whole grain pita w/hummus, apple, Larabar
S- plain ff greek yogurt
D- vegetarian chili, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar
Activity- pilates
Yesterday- felt good doing a Firm workout (even though I'm so sore today), and stuck to eating plan pretty well
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Lentils on garlic bread
Dinner: Fish & broccoli
Snack: Orange
Activity: Yoga @ 5:30
Today I saw a girl at the nail salon that was really buff and cute so she's my 'thinspiration' for the day.
Yesterday was a disaster. I had pizza TWICE! For lunch and dinner.... ugh

B: Greek honey yogurt
S: baby carrots and hummus
L: Frozen lean cuisine
S: pineapple
(Tomorrow is weigh in day for moi and I was doing great on WW...and then... 2 lbs found me-WTF?! I need some motivation and soon...)
B-Chobani yogurt, banana, coffee
L-Subway chicken breast w veggies, lite mayo.
D-will be on da plane, boss... maybe a beer at the airport bar...
A-already did my C25K w5d2-kicked my arse, it did! BUT I covered up the time on the treadmill monitor and it helped... then put on some jeans-stretch NOW!... ugh. (can you tell I've had no interaction w people today except at the beer distributor?...)
I ate terribly yesterday. Oh well. Back on the wagon
B - smart ones breakfast quesadilla, sugar free hot chocolate
S - fruit cup
L - I think I'll do chicken curry today. I'm not feeling like going outside.
S - fiber bar
D - small snack or skip depending on how I feel
B: Yogurt
S: NutriGrain bar
L: Cheeseburger macaroni tv dinner
Workout: I'm going with the crazy distances I had to walk today from meeting to meeting. It was around a 1/2 mile.
Yesterday: Meh, I have ice cream and 2 baked potatoes for dinner...lol. I did terrible.
