Thank you.

If you have any experience with CNY or Dr. Kiltz would you mind sharing it with me? Our first IVF (through AIVF) just ended in miscarriage and we are preparing for IVF #2. Some of the notes I got from AIVF are a little disconcerting and we are considering going over to CNY for a consult before moving forward. Any advice about either clinic is welcome. If you would rather PM me, please feel free to do so or to email me at nikinikinine@yahoo.com
Thanks so much!
Re: CNY Fertility
Nikki,
Im so sorry to hear about your struggles. I was just asking Hockey how you were doing as I was reminiscing about my days on the knot. I wish you and your DH the best of luck TTC. The girls here on the nest, as I am sure you know, are so supportive! I send you lots and lots of thoughts, prayers, and baby dust!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I'm new to this world but if CNY is the one in Latham, I've only heard amazing things about them. My current doctor works with the fert place in Latham (if it's CNY) and he only had amazing things to say about them as well.
Hi Niki - I posted some info in your post over on IF the other day, but I'll post a bit more, here.
Like Two, I really loved it there! Like Two (again), we used both the SYR and Latham offices. As far as doctors go, we worked with both Dr. Kiltz and Dr. Grossman. Different styles, but both very good. We couldn't afford #3 and Dr. Kiltz worked with us on the cost - an unbelievable deal! So something to think about once your insurance coverage runs out.
Also - they have a grant program there as well to help cover the costs as well. And, if I remember, their costs were cheaper than AIVF when I was comparing the two.
You see the nurses the most there and they are fantastic! Always remember who you are, answer any questions you have, at any time.
As far as protocol concerns go, I had concerns with my protocol for #3 and he was open to discussing a protocol change for me and, coincidence or not, it worked! I definitely think you should set up an appt. with them for a 2nd opinion. They may agree with AIVF or they may not, but I think it would be worth it just for a piece of mind. And who knows - you may like it there and switch even if they agree!
Lastly - they have a Healing Arts Center there, too, which is nice now. You can get massages/spa treatments, acupuncture, yoga, etc...
I am an open book, so if you have any questions - on my protocol, my cycles, CNY, etc... just let me know and I will answer. I just really want something to work for you!
