Anyone see the Nest's "free phone" offer and used it?

I want to upgrade my phone and with Verizon,I have to wait until June to do so (with their New Every Two plan).  I was surfing around the Nest and saw the free phone offer and the phone I want (Droid Eris) is one of the ones that is free (shipping is free, too).

Anyone tried it? Everything I've read so far looks legit, but I'm still a little hesitant.

Re: Anyone see the Nest's "free phone" offer and used it?

  • We upgraded ours last month with a 20 dollar fee because it was early and now have a droid and an eris (free).  I saw that plan too but was scared to use it.  Instead I called Verizon and told them I just wanted to upgrade early.
  • I want the Droid SOOOOOOO BAAAAAAD. My brother has it and I've played around with it...it's fantastic. I'm not eligible to upgrade until December :(
  • We werent eligable until November but they just charged us a 20 dollar fee to do it early.  I NEEDED a new phone and the promotion was too good to pass up.  We have one of each and I definatley like the Eris better but D loves his Droid just jealous of my features ;).  It's just too heavy for me.
