Lent: giving anything up?
I was just thinking about this because I haven't gotten any work done lately. I think I'm going to have to give up (gasp!) The Nest again (this includes The Bump of course) this year. It'll be rough, but I did it last year so I think I can do it again.
Ash Wednesday is Feb 17th this year, btw. Coming up soon!

I always (try) to "give up" cussing - that includes hell and damn, along with all of the other bad words.
I should try sugar this year, but I don't think I can do it.

I'm going to attempt the impossible and give up cheese. I know, I know.... but I have got to try.
I did this one year in college, and I swear it was the exact time they came out with the "Behold the Power of Cheese" campaign and there were giant billboards all around with huge blocks of cheese on them, taunting me day and night.
Apparently God does have a sense of humor.
