Just sharing that Leigha12 and I both attended the Austin book club meeting last night and got to meet for the first time. Leigha is incredibly cool and is very passionate about protecting children and college football. And she had even read the book for book club (I tried to slide by with having read it several years ago) and had some good insight for the group.
And I learned her real name!

We thought about the picture but then chickened out.
She brought King Ranch Chicken Casserole which was a really big hit. It was perfectly warm and spicy on a cold rainy night.

Ooh, I learned about this rivalry by watching The Blind Side.

LLOL mamie! I'm so proud of you!
What book did y'all read? Or has this been mentioned already?

lol Leigha, you sound thrilled.
I've been meaning to read My Sister's Keeper.
Cool!
(PS-I do not like Jodi Picoult books, am I the only one?!)
I've known for a while you root for the other side. We had a fabulous Ole Miss wedding complete with a helmet grooms cake and a ceremony and reception on campus. And since the reception was at the hotel on campus and we have ridiculous alcohol laws, the bar could only be wine and hard liquor.
With you, angel. We can start our own Jodi-free club.
