hey ladies i need some a08 dust for tomorrow (i know my a08ers are magical lol)! they FINALLY have all of our paperwork in and are reviewing our mortgage refi application tomorrow!

Good luck! We have BoA for our mortgage too. I understand some of your frustration. In your situation, they're being slackers.
I was on the phone with them last week for close to an hour for a couple of questions. One was to lower our mortgage, which I was told we pre-qualified for. Waited all that time on hold, to find out one of the first questions disqualified us (our loan was after the qualifying date).
