Hi all!!! It's the calm before the storm...I can't stand the local news when they call for snow, we have to interview every penndot worker and visit every grocery store to see everyone freaking out. What's going on this weekend?
Friday: We may be getting our elliptical delivered in the morning so we are excited to try it out. Making a calzone for dinner and watching the snow fall.
Saturday: My lia sophia show got rescheduled so I will just hang out at home with my boys and snuggle on the couch. Not sure if DH will go to the Bears game with the snow but we shall see what happens.
Sunday: I have another lia sophia show in the afternoon but not sure if it will get rescheduled yet then just watching the super bowl at home.
Have a nice weekend and stay safe in the snow!!!
Re: Weekend Plans
I foolishly stopped at Giant on my way home tonight to pick up some things for the great snow. Actually it was sort fun watching people swarm the store. It is interesting to see what people think of as snow necessities.
Tomorrow - Go to work until it start snowing, then it is home to work the rest of the day at home. Make dinner and watch the snow and a movie.
Saturday - Dig out our sidewalk and driveway, watch DVDs (we have been watching How I Met Your Mother)
Sunday - Make Superbowl treats for DH. Fiddle around the house during all the football.
Today: Working until school dismissal, whenever that may be.
Tomorrow: Taking Brynne out to play in the snow. I realized that aside from walking outside to snap pictures, I have really sheltered her from the elements. The other days I sadly realized that she is no longer a newborn and will not melt/freeze if she plays in the snow! It only took me 9 months to put those pieces together...haha!
Sunday: Probably just relaxing and spending time with DH and Brynne. Looking forward to a restful weekend that includes doing nothing at all!
Today: Not sure when I'm working til. I could probably work til 5 but there is no way I'll get out of the city in time to pick Jack up if there is snow on the ground. I'm thinking I'll be out by at least 4 if daycare if still open when Joe goes to take him at 2:30. Tonight Jack and I will just hang out at home. Joe will most likely get drafted bc of people calling off so it'll just be us til 7am when he gets home . . and then goes off to bed for a couple hours.
Tomorrow: Hang out at home, do some cleaning and cooking and catching up on the DVR (can you believe I am 3 episodes behind on the office! So not like me.)
Sunday: Lounging around the house, making some football food and watching the big game.
Today: Leave work early, take Caleb over to the ILs so MIL can visit with him before she goes out of town for 2 months to stay with SIL for when our niece is born.
Saturday: Picking up our CSA stash for the week, possible trip to the zoo or Farmer's Market, cleaning house and relaxing.
Sunday: No official plans, but I'm sure we'll be watching some football somewhere.
today: i just got back from the grocery store and holy cow was the produce section picked clean! lots of laundry and cleaning to do today.
tonite: we were supposed to go to king of prussia to see a friend's show, but they rescheduled due to the snow. so instead we will order take out and relax with dh and watch some movies. take our pup out in the snow and watch her run around like a nut.
saturday: relax in the morning. we are supposed to go down to our friends' house the lehigh valley in the afternoon for dinner and games, but i am not sure the back roads we take will be clear enough for us to trek down there. we will have to play it by ear.
sunday: relax, watch the superbowl and eat lots of yummy food!
have a great snow filled weekend ladies!!!!
Today: We made our weekly shopping trip at 8:30am to try to avoid the crowds. We'll have to go back in a few days for a few things they were out of. I'm hoping the snow isn't too bad in a couple of hours b/c I have an eyebrow appt. They're out of control. Spend the rest of the day playing with Ethan.
Sat: Clean this house. It's a wreck! I'll also make some more marshmallows and I'm sure the 3 of us will be out playing in the snow.
Sun: Work on some reports, Valentine's for Ethan's classroom, and maybe a wreath I've been wanting to make.
TTC since Jan 07. Dx with PCOS Jan 08
Dh and I were supposed to go away for the weekend for my birthday, but the snow changed those plans. Instead, we'll just stay home with the kids, play in the snow, maybe make some chocolate chip cookies, and then have a birthday dinner on Sunday night.
Tonight - hanging at home - DVR
Tomorrow - hopefully snowed in with DH!! enjoying the quiet time!!!
Sunday - Superbowl, maybe at my parents
MONDAY-- THE BIG U/S --- can't wait!!!!! I am soooo excited, but nervous. I can't believe 20 weeks is here!!!

Tonight: got home from work to find Steve had dinner going, he vacuumed, emptied the dishwasher, and baked cookies
So now we're just hanging out and relaxing, waiting for the snow to start.
Saturday: no plans of course, just want to stay in and enjoy the snow from my couch
Sunday: I work 9-1pm, then home to start making goodies for the Superbowl.
Sounds like such a lazy weekend, but that's fine by me!
