that's interesting. i've never had the green chile IN the burger - just on top of it. i'll have to try that next time.
I have to put something besides S&P in there - we use Tony Chachere's.
In college we used to make Beer Burgers. You use about 1/4 cup beer per pound of beef. Use Margarita Salt if you have it. It's essential that you drink the rest of the beer. Not sure if that's what made it taste good or not
The type of beer does not matter!
