I made your chili for dinner last night and it was awesome. DH had two bowls. I had to swap out the meat for fake meat (b/c I have raw meat issues) and it was still great.
Thanks so much!

Re: ****PGH****
nice! which chili was that (I think I have 3 in my blog)?
I made elizabeth's for DH this weekend and he loved it (too spicy for me). I made an espresso black bean one for me (epicurious) and it was... eh. Disappointing.
oo yeah that one is good - and CRAZY easy right! LOVE recipes like that
Its good without the fritos too if you dont want the extra fat
Its a rachel ray recipe too - I have had very mixed success with her recipes (well maybe because it wasnt HERS it was printed in her mag as the winner of some chili cookoff). Yummm.
Hmm... I have some pepperjack cheese left over from an event I threw on Saturday.
Question - do you brown the beef first?
