I'm trying to find someone who is REALLY GOOD at quilting that I can hire to make at least 2 quilts. I'm saving all of Bebe's clothing from her first year and want to make a quilt for mom, one for me and possibly one for R's aunt.
Does anyone know someone who is good at quilting and would have the time for me to hire them to do this? I won't be able to ship off her clothes until after her first birthday in August, and I want to have them done for Christmas gifts.
I know people who quilt but the one I would ask is my moms best friend who would totally blab to my mom about the gift. Plus, she doesnt have a ton of free time so who knows when it would be done.
Re: Crafty ladies . . . .
Not sure if you would be open to this...

Thats about the price I was expecting . . . but I'm wondering if she only does the block style quilting. I want my quilt to have a border of squares, have the center one solid material, and have a bouquet of flowers quilted out of her clothing. I'll probably change my mind a dozen times. I can do a block quilt easily . . . I need someone with some creativity and serious skills.
