Good morning ladies!!! Happy Monday!!!
I am SO glad to be out of the house and not for shoveling more snow! I can't believe we're supposed to get another 4-6 inches Tuesday and another foot over the weekend! We got about 3 feet this weekend and there's no place to put more lol!

GOOD MORNING!! Holy cow Carrie!! How are the roads out there?
The roads are ok. DH brought me to work this morning because he said he didn't want to have to worry about me. Mostly, he didn't want to have to finish cleaning off my car yesterday cause I can't reach the top lol! It used to be horrible in this area when we got snow, everything pretty much shut down because VDOT was never prepared or anything but I have to say this winter they have really gotten on top of things!

That's crazy, Carrie. We're in the middle of a storm (started last night and will last through Tuesday night), but we're only expecting about a foot.
My commute already sucks. I cannot stand overly cautious drivers. I swear they're almost as bad as the wreckless drivers. Although this is the time I'm most thankful for public transportation

I'm glad to hear things are more or less okay for the snowed in gals.
I got stuck in FL and wasn't able to get another flight until tomorrow night which is when they are expecting more snow.
I hope I don't get canceled tomorrow too.
Ugh how frustrating! I've been away from the board so I don't know if u were visiting fam/friends or away for work. I hope you atleast know someone where you're at! nothing like being stuck some place alone, i can't even imagine!
I felt so bad for ppl at the airports. The completely shut ours down and I was like 'I'd go insane if I was in there.. just waiting..'
That sucks. My parents made it in to Dulles last night from Miami. I didn't think they would be able to get in because I kept hearing Dulles was closed, but they got home. Good luck getting home tomorrow. They're only calling for a couple inches tomorrow but we're supposed to get another foot this weekend.
Tammy, I am visiting family, so at least I'm stuck in good weather and in a comfortable place.
Carrie, I think I'm going to fly into/out of Dulles during the winter months from now on. They seem to be able to handle snow so much better than Reagan and BWI. During the last blizzard, my supervisor's Saturday morning flight out of BWI got canceled, but my CW's Saturday morning flight out of Dulles got out. So, yeah, that's what I've decided. So far, tomorrow isn't canceled and I hope it stays that way!
