CLT Physical Therapist/Chiropractor/Masseuse (?)
I'm not exactly sure which one I should be contacting...
I did something to my neck. Not sure what. It's been bothering me for about 4 weeks now. It feels like I either pulled something or maybe there's a huge cluster of knots in my neck and no matter what I do they will not go away.
I figured I'd give it enough time to "work itself out" and if I still was seriously uncomfortable I'd go get some help.
Does anyone have a recommendation for any of the above practitioners in the Charlotte area?
