We were really confused about the house selling, because the realtor has NOT shown it to anyone since October. Well, one of the neighbors stopped by a bit ago, and his son is buying the place. They already know the house b/c they've lived here forever. He actually stopped by b/c he wanted to buy our camper, which is not for sale.
*sigh* I hate this. There is not one place for rent in the paper, we have called the other realtors in town, too. I'm just hoping and praying that Rose (realtor who also works PT with me at the bank) is able to convince the owners of the house on 10th street to rent. The other house she has, the 6 BR that is gorgeous, *is* available for rent, but the owners are pushing hard to sell so they can buy cattle for their new farm. So, if we moved there, we would likely have to do it all over again in a couple months, and I want to avoid that. The house on 10th is smaller, and less likely to sell. Of course, that's what we said about this one, LOL.
Re: Part of the mystery solved
Ditto. I hope you come across some other leads soon and find something that will work out!
He's asked. Honestly, this is the sh*t that makes me resent him moving us from Denver in the first place. We had a gorgeous 2 year old home rented to us by a nice lesbian couple that left us completely alone, not to mention my job, and friends. Oy. Don't get me started. Other than the constant moving, I do love the man. This just gets old.
Ugh that sucks. Its gotta be hard for the kids to.
Look at the bright side though! No more blue bathroom!!!
IT will work out! Vibes your way~~~
