I have to say this was a mixed emotions super bowl for me. I love me some Peyton from his TN days but being from Detroit where we only host superbowls and never make it there (or actually have a winning season for that matter), what a game, what a game!!! Well Played Saints!!

Being from Indy I had to root for the Colts but I am happy to see the Saints win. Brees is from Purdue and Porter is from Indiana University (my alma mater) and both played a great game.

It also didn't hurt that the I won $25 in our office pool!

WHO DAT is right baby!!!! Geaux Saints!!!! Who dat say they gonna beat dem saints! What an amazing game, it flew by!!! Tracy Porter, I think, is the unsung hero of the New Orleans Saints. Oh, and by the way, was I the only one who teared up at the sight of Drew Brees & his son at the end of the game?? That was the cutest thing ever!!!

This! Although I wanted the Colts to win, overall it was a good game. The crowd at the party was split right down the middle. It wasn't a total loss though, as my DH won $250 bucks in a pool for having the rights numbers at the end of the 3rd quarter! Woo Hoo!!

I started bawling at about 1:30 left in the game. Once Drew and his son her shown and he was kising his tiny fingers with buckets of tears in his eyes....I couldnt even drink my champagne.
