  • B- homemade buiscuts and sausage

    L- 1/2 Smart One, bugles, and a cup of coffee

    S- Baby Ruth and a Dr. Pepper

    D- No clue... Something fast cause tonight is KARATE!!!

    Activity- Karate tonight!!!

  • B- Chobani vanilla yogurt w cinnamon, banana, coffee

    S-carrots

    L-venison chili, Jello lo cal pudding, skinny bun, Crystal light

    D-prob more chili or leftovers(not sure what's in the fridge...)

    A-C25K- W5D1(having a do-over... ) I thought friend had treadmill, but she did not, so I got nada done as far as a workout... redoing week 5

    Does reading a gazillion workout/health mags at the airport count as activity?

  • Breakfast:  Chocolate Cheerios (yum!) w/skim milk, coffee

    Snack:  Banana

    Lunch:  Tuna on wholewheat, apple, Baked Lays

    Snack:  Kashi TLC cookie, lf string cheese

    Dinner:  Spaghetti w/whole wheat pasta, salad

    Activity:  Treadmill

    Yesterday - Didn't really have a plan, but didn't gorge myself either!

  • Ok... I have to do this "for reals" now because I officially weigh the most I've ever weighed in my life not counting being preggers.  And I want to be bikini ready by May. 

    B - Fiber bar
    S - Grapefruit
    L - 1/2 healthy sandwich
    S - 1/2 healthy sandwich
    D - Popcorn or toast

  • B: Special K

    S: Nutri-Grain bar

    L: Tomato Soup

    D: Pasta

    Workout: Walk a mile

    Yesterday: It was the Superbowl....I was a cow. I did walk a mile though =D.

  • B- oatmeal with pb

    L- 6 in sub and pretzels

    S- apple and yogurt

    D- chili, cornbread and salad

    Activity- 45 min on treadmill

     

  • B- steel cut oatmeal w/apple, brown sugar, cinnamon

    L- turkey, 1 slice cheese, mustard on 1 slice pumpernickel , baby carrots w/hummus

    S- 1 Wasa wg cracker

    D- baked chicken, veggies or spinach salad

    Activity- none today because I'm really sore from shoveling for hours Saturday and Sunday
