can anyone offer any m/s help?
I just started throwing up last week. Today I didn't eat anything until 10am. I ate lunch and was fine until I smelled my co-workers lunch. After that I was puking again and still feel sick 3 hours later.
Re: can anyone offer any m/s help?
=( That's no fun. I never had full blown m/s but when I did start to feel nauseated, I found proteins to help me a lot. I ate a ton of peanut butter and eggs in 1st tri.
I've also heard sucking on hard candies can help. And be sure to ask your doc for some Zofran; I hear it's a miracle drug.
I was super sick in the beginning.
Preggie Pop Drops helped me a lot. I got them at motherhood. They helped with some of the nausea.
There's also Zofran (an Rx from the doc).
Anything sour can help with nausea (as weird as it sounds, even sniffing lemons helps, lol).
gingersnap cookies helped me a lot, ginger is an anti-nausea aid.
Oh yeah, I forgot about ginger. I got Ginger Chews from Whole Foods, and they helped a lot.

Preggie pop drops worked really well for me too....I got them at Motherhood too. They seem like regular old hard candy, but I tried Jolly Ranchers and they didn't work. Not sure if it was all in my head or what.
That is pretty much the only thing that worked for me. I had severe MS all day long until about 18 weeks.
