what kind of space is it? is it in a building (kind of like a condo)? or does it have a store front? big building? small building? is there a coffee shop nearby? how many square feet? can you paint and decorate however you'd like?

LOL, ok the pics I have are shittttty to say the least. I brought my big camera, got in, battery was dead. And I checked it before I left!! So I had to use my iphone instead. LOL. It was being used for storage so you couldn't really see what was going on in there but it's a rectangle, 3 windows on one side and a textured type of wall on another (it has a pattern on it, I want to paint it and am thinking a chocolate brown, opinions? should I do black? I need to do something that won't cause a color cast, I'd love to do red but the cast from it would be horrid!)
I have to paint and lay laminate floors, it's about 565 sqft. One side will be a meeting space with a loveseat, coffee table and a chair or two depending on what I find. The other side will be a shooting side. I'm trying to figure out how to actually lay things out, so we'll see when I get in there and there's no boxes and such!
I'm thinking a light tan on the general walls and then the one wall in the chocolate brown. WDYT?
It's in a building with a lot of smaller shops and a few restaurants and a salon! I'm 3 blocks (or less) from the metra station that comes from downtown so that's nice for my city dwellers! There's a coffee shop there and 2 restaurants.
I'll upload the photos from my iphone and post them in a second.
I'll have to jump on my phone to see the pics. But I am just so happy for you !
