An Open Letter to Ambrosia Bakery
Dear Ambrosia,
I know ya'll are busy, which is great. I also understand that it is Mardi Gras season so in addition to all of your regular orders you have thousands of King Cakes on top of that. But when you leave someone on hold for 25 minutes on top of the other hold times today of 15 and 7 minutes. I just have a simple question.
