Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm a little clueless to this whole mortgage process thing... Since we're doing this streamline thing with Bank of America and they dont have a home office in NJ we're doing this all via phone, email, fax...
The loan officer called to tell me that she was going through my updated file and that the did cancel the appraisal (which is a good thing for us!) and that they were sending over a Notary on friday so we could sign some papers. Only... she didn't tell us what papers and if we were approved or not! It sounds like we've been approved but I'm trying not to get too excited because knowing BofA they'll find a way to delay us once again!
Yay! Praying that we'll save $200/month on our mortgage!!!
