Some crazy, exciting news!
Mike and I just put a deposit on a lot today! We'd been going back and forth over it for a little over a month and went down to meet with the builders again last week, which solidified our plans. I just didn't want to say anything until we met with the realtor about our house and got pre-approved - all of it happened this afternoon!
We're going to be listing our cute little condo the end of the week (yikes! Only 6 days!) so if you know anyone who wants a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a great location, let me know. 
And the best part? The new place is across the street and 3-4 houses down from RN!!!!

I'm so excited! It will be nice to have a friend and neighbor close by. I guess duff and I will be knocking on eachother's doors to go running?!

I love that area too! We'll be moving over there soon enough, so I'll be able to have GTG's with y'all.
