Recommend your hand mixer
I had one, but for the life of me could not find it on Saturday when I was making Tracy's hazelnut cinnamon brownies (yum!!) I had it at my last apartment in April, but have no idea what came of it when we moved.
With that being said, I haven't used the hand mixer in 10 months so I am not looking for anything too fancy. What kind do you have?
Re: Recommend your hand mixer
Ours is just a cheap Hamilton Beach mixer, from Walmart probably. The thing I really like about it is that the case to hold the different beaters and cord and stuff is a plastic case that attaches to the mixer. Very convenient so I don't lose them.
I have my black & decker hand mixer..........I've had it for over 10 years now and it still works great! I think it was only around $10-$12 when I bought it way back when in my college days.
Glad you enjoyed the brownies!
I sent DH with about half of them to the poker game he was playing in Saturday night. The boys ate them up so quick. DH gobbled up the rest on Sunday

This is mine. I love it, I actually like using it more than my stand mixer. It's $50 which seems pricey... but I don't plan on ever replacing it unless it dies/breaks/gets lost.
