L: roasted red pepper and tomato soup, pb on bread
A: none!
Yesterday I stuck with my menu, but we didn't make it to the gym. I started feeling crummy during the day, and I'm coming down with a cold
. I did some lunges, stretches, and ab work at home though.

L: Turkey sammich with chips
Workout: Walk a mile
Yesterday; I did well with my food, but I skipped the mile again... I did 15 minutes of cardio bc I felt awful. Yesterday was just too hectic.

A- Playing with 4yr old triplets
B- steel cut oatmeal, cinnamon, brown sugar, tiny bit of butter (I wanted a comfort-food, warm breakfast and caved and had it a little less healthy..oh well), apple
L- almond butter, baby carrots; spinach salad w/fixins
S- not sure
D- maybe shrimp w/quinoa and spinach salad
Man, not having a work schedule this week has totally thrown off my eating. I have no eating plans anymore. It's kind of annoying.
Activity- none today
Yesterday- did well, had a Larabar on top of my eating plan; felt good doing a Firm video.

D - NO clue. Something with Shrimp. This week has been crazy so I didnt plan anything
A - packing
Y - nothing activity wise (ive got to get better about this) and I had a salad for dinner.
B-made eggbeater omelet, engl muffins-wheat, and hashbrowns...

L-boca burger on bun, veggies, about 2 O'Doul's...
D-made some awesome pulled pork-in the crock pot!!! SUPER EASY! and veggies, wine...
A-shoveled 3 farking times AND did my C25K w5d2--repeat... ugh... I swear, if I have to shovel tomorrow, I'm going to go crazy...
