Need nestie prayers

For my mama! She's been having problems with her back for the last few years.  She's already had 2 surgeries, neither of which I could be there for.  This last time they were unable to fuse the vertebrae together due to other complications.  She went in to the doctor because of pain today, and they found that one of her vertebra is collapse on another.  I really hope there's something they can do.  The next step is for her to retire on disability (something she's admitted she's not ready to do).  I'm really worried about her.

Re: Need nestie prayers

  • John's mom is on disability and has been for several years for back problems. I hope that they are able to find a solution for her.

  • Oh no, that's terrible. I hope there is something they can do to help her. Sending her lots of good vibes.
  • =(  I hope she's able to find a doctor that can offer her some relief.  I'll be thinking of her!  Keep us updated.

  • Holy crap batman. This EXACT same thing is happening to my dad. He's had 3 surgeries, though. I will be thinking of your mom. Good luck!
  • I'm so relieved. After taking the scans to the neuro doc, he thinks it's just the angle at which they were taken.  No collapsed anything! YAY! Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers.  They worked! Now hopefully the surgical site will start healing.

Mz and Bear: Hope your parents find some relief as well.
