I think I may have to unfriend someone on FB.

There is this girl I went to grade school with and I can't remember who but some how we became friends on FB. I knew she had a child in HS and that she was thrown out and well lets be honest, I was kinda interested in where she ended up. Well now my FB is absolutely filled with constant updates about when the next time she's going to see her boyfriend in jail and every time she does something in farmville or what the current addicting thing is. Honestly like every third update is from her and I'm really getting tired of seeing all of her status updates about jail.

I've never had to unfriend someone from FB so this will be a first, but to be honest again there's probably half my 'friends' on FB that I could probably unfriend and never blink twice about.

So annoying when every other update seems to be from the same person.

You can hide her from your feed without unfriending her. On one of her updates run your cursor to the right and a "hide" option will appear. It will allow you to hide all updates from her.

you could always hide her. i've done that with several of my "friends" who post non stop updates. WHen you hide someone, you are still friends with them, but none of their updates post to your newsfeed. You specifically have to click on her page to see her info. it doesn't notify them when you hide them either, so she won't know.
