In an effort to liven up the board, I thought we could come up with some fun conversation starters...so....
What is the most spontaneous thing you've you ever done?
Damn you Nest for screwing up my siggy!

Re: Conversation starter
I am more of a planner so this is a tough one...
I would love to just one day get up a say, lets go on a roadtrip or catch the next flight to "fill in the blank" My sister just did this and although I thought she was crazy, I was like, that's awesome.
At this point in our life, things need to be planned.
I'm a planner.
BUT, once, not long after we got married, I went to visit MH in AK. I came home. He found out he might be deployed.
I flew back. I was literally home for 27 hours and I was back on an airplane. I called him at work on my way to the airport and said "Can you be at the airport at [whatever time I was landing]"
I remember this too
the only thing I can think of was dirty and from before I met MH.
My second thought was when we first started dating and fair warning: you'll either Awww or vomit in your mouth a little. LOL Here goes:
The first time I spent the night at Greg's place, he had to work the next morning, so left me this sweet note and a key to the apartment (in case I needed to run out for anything before he got home.) When he did get home later, he told me to just keep the key. (We'd been dating ~2, 2 1/2 weeks, maybe?)
A few days later, I got off work ~6ish. (He had bowling that night so wasn't home.) I went out and bought new pillows because I couldn't stand the ones he had and went up to his place, let myself in, etc. We were talking as he was driving home from bowling and he kept teasing that he was going to drive down to my place and see me. (Yes, this is the vomitty part - we joked like that often then.) I kept teasing if he did, I'd be mad, or I wasn't home because I was at his place, etc. Little did he know... I WAS at his place. Waiting in the living room. With new pillows on his bed.
That was about as spontaneous, perhaps. Like others have said, I'm a planner. LOL
There is one thing but it's TMI, and I am not putting it out there for all the interwebs to reed.
Sorry, I posted my question and then ran off.
Besides the TMI stuff that everyone prob has...
I guess booking our Mexico trip was kind of spontaneous. it was just "Hmm...I feel like going on a beach vacation" and it was booked. We honestly didn't research many hotels or anything, just picked one.
And the house thing is spontaneous for me too. I would normally NEVER buy a new house w/o first selling my current house.
