Pioneer Woman does it again!
I used her restaurant style salsa recipe for our Superbowl party. It was so easy to make and I brought the leftovers to school today. EVERYONE is asking me for the recipe. It really is that good. Give it a try!
Re: Pioneer Woman does it again!
Love this cookbook, I made the sherried tomato soup. It's pretty simple enough, but sooooo perfect for these cold winter nights.
I plan on making her beans & skillet cornbread next week!
I only look at her site. I think I'll ask for the book for a special occasion. I imagine the book has tons more than her site.
It's a mix - half new recipes half old recipes...but she's always adding new recipes on her site.
It's easy to save everything using google reader, I bookmark almost all her recipes!
I love her photography and the recipes that Krystal and others post sound good... BUT I just can't get into her. I think it's because of the TMI story she posted about conceiving her daughter in Australia and wanting to name her Sydney. Blleccch.
LOL
I love and hate her photography...she overkills it for me sometimes. Like I don't need ten-thousand pictures of cut up onions, tomatoes, or what-not. Also, the speel about them living the easy farm-life, um give it up Ree..they are living the UPPER-PRIVILEGED farm life. She has a fantastic blog, I'll give her that, but you guys should look at Steamy Kitchen for variety, too.
