How much snow did you get? We definitely had 23.5 inches last weekend. Yesterday was harder to gauge because of all the wind. The National Weather Services is calling 18 inches for our town. That is a grand total of 41.5 inches!!
And yet I am sitting here in my office today catching up on work! The drive in was fine and I am amazed at what a great job everyone in York has done clearing out already.
Re: final tally?
i think my little town was estimated at around 26". i just got word that my town just loss power as well. i hope it comes back on soon!!
You mean you don't have 5 feet down there in York, Denise???
I think our total for yesterday was around 20 inches, possibly a bit more but I haven't read any weather reports to be honest. With the 5 inches or so we got on Sat. we're at about 25 inches
Allie - I hope you get your power back!
There is a lot of blowing going on in my back yard so I can't say how accurate my measuring is. Over the weekend it was at 22 inches and yesterday is was at 29 inches. I do know I can't get to the side of my house bc the snow is up to my waist when standing on the side walk.
LOL Now she's saying 4.5 feet instead of 5...that's still a foot more than you, and you're 5 mins or so away from her? Wowsers! I'm not a scientist and even I know that big of a difference isn't possible!
