BB and whoever else - My smoothie recipe

2 c. fruit (I use a tropical fruit mix or berry mix - both are frozen; I also use fresh fruit - just stay away from canned because the syrup detracts from nutrition and makes point value go way up)

1 c. Silk Soy Milk Plus Fiber

1/2  of small package sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix

toss it all into a blender and blend until smooth

Enjoy!

Edit: It's Plus Fiber - sorry can't concentrate today.

  • LMW, I totally burgled that recipe from your blog and was planning on making it this evening. It sounds fabulous.

    ETA: I love Ellie Kriegar.

  • Brookles! Did you see that I made your lemon ricotta cookies?! So good!
  • These all sound so fun!

  • I make the original recipe almost exactly.  I just do 1/2C soy milk and 1C orange juice instead.  Fruit is 1 banana and about 2C of frozen fruits which is more like 1.5C or less of fresh fruit.
