The lady at Tacobell just reprimanded me...
A girl I work with (K) and I went to Tacobell for lunch. I get there and see they have a new Chilli Bowl with Frito's so I go to order that and ask for no sour cream(it makes me gag, I just don't like it). Well I get my bag and luckily I looked while I was waiting on K to get hers, and they put sour cream on it, so I ask very politly if I can get it without sour cream. They give another sans sour cream and the girl that handed to me was very nice. Then the manager lady come up to me and said "Next time you need to order it without Sour cream because we just have to throw that away." (all this in not a very nice voice). We had gotten it to go and were headed out the door when she said this to me, so I didn't say anything because I was thinking if she's gonna get on to me(a customer) like that I can't imagine how she would get on to an employee under her, so I didn't say anything. But....
When we got back to the office I got on Tacobells website and complained about her. I know that may have been silly but she was rude, and had no reason to be. She didn't even take the time to check and see that I had asked for no sour cream.

I definitely would have lost my temper and turned around and told her next time her employee should enter my order correctly. I like your complaining online better though. Plus, you might get a free meal or gift card.
Last time I had an issue at the restaraunt and the manager was of no help, I complained online. I had a gift card to the place sent to me.
What an A-hole. Seriously.
I honestly would call another Taco Bell in the area and ask who their district manager is and then call and let them know what a mouthy $hithead they have working for them!

This! You can't work in a customer service position and have horrible customer service! She obviously had a stick up her butt about something.
I totally would have mouthed off to her. Then I would have complained to corporate.
Speaking of which, I received an email from Ramada corporate about the fiasco in Des Moines. I'm getting a $75 refund check. Better than a poke in the eye, as Redneck would say!
