Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We got it!
I just talked to the bank this morning and we got our modification! It dropped a bit over $600 monthly. DH wants to refuse it to see if we can get lower. Im not sure this is so smart. We may just take it and run with it.

I have tried for over a year to get ours down and they won't do antything to help us. They say we don't make enough money to help us....well duh I wouldn't want help if I made more money. Which is why we are now renting a house....it sucks!
