snow again? and f/u name change

Hi all-

I just introduced myself about a week or so ago as soontobemele, but I changed my name to this...so hi again!

I'm watching the news right now and they are forecasting snow again tonight in the triangle area and south of it.... I thought NC wasn't supposed to get snow when I moved here -haha. Oh well!

I've had enough snow for one year! Especially when we are trying to potty train a new puppy and she very much dislikes the snow!

Welcome back! I wouldn't mind having more snow, but I only want it if I get a snowday. I've been seeing status updates from friends/family back home (MD) all week about their weeklong snow vacation!

I'll pass on the snow if it is going to keep showing up on the weekend. Why can't it snow on a Wednesday or something like that??

Yep-I'm from MI, which is why I was so excited to get away from the snow haha. Don't get me wrong, I like seeing snow and skiing and all of that, but in the year and a half I've been here- every time it snows things get shut down and the drivers go crazy (no offense, I really do love living here!) so there's really nothing to do. I'm a teacher here and we have to make snow days up too, which is so bittersweet!

I heard it may snow again on Monday though too- so there may be hope for getting a day off for those of you that all wanted it!

we are from MI too! moved 4 years ago to here. We are both MSU grades too
