Oh they are also showing the new We Are The World video for Haiti on the NBC broadcast tonight.

I laughed when I saw the post title... in the car yesterday on the radio, i heard specific confirmation that its opening ceremony and closing ceremonies... I never knew there were such disctinctions.

I have a hockey game tonight, so I will unfortunately miss the opening ceremony. But I do have my PVR set to get it. So I'll watch it Saturday (and be able to fast forward through all the ctv olympic commericals).

I'm actually ready for the olympics to be over already...maybe its from living in BC? I dunno I have heard nothing but hype for like a year so I feel like its been ongoing. I bet my mind changes when the actual games get going...but as far as opening ceremonies, skipping it! Its date night with the hubby

We are super excited, DD and I have the same sweater and DH has the same on but in black. I think I might be heading out to get a hockey jersey at Zellers they are $60 down from $100. I want to get the mitts as well and maybe a t-shirt

I love The Olympics:) I actually remember where I was when they announced Vancouver won them. Lol.

My Uncle is a CTV head honcho and said he watched the rehearsal yesterday and it looks awesome. So that is exciting!
