Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sometimes Facebook is good. Sometimes it's awful. Last night at around 6:30 pm I saw on a friend's status "Please Pray for [X]'s Stepfater. He was in a horrible car accident today." I read it about four times each time thinking X's stepfather....that's my friend A's FATHER. I had talked to A all day yesterday through texts and she hadn't mentioned it. So I call her.
And she DIDN'T KNOW! Her Stepmother and stepsisters didn't bother calling her to tell her that her dad was in a serious vehicle accident and was rushed into emergency surgery. WTH??? She found out 9 hours after the accident. He had to be medflighted out and has multiple broken bones (including a bone in his NECK).
And I thought my family was screwed up.
Surprise! It's Identical TWINS! Girls born at 34w1d.
