  • I never post on this but I'm in the mood to today.  I'm supposed to be on my diet, but shiits just been crazy so no dice. 

    B - Nothing

    L - Pizza

    D - no idea

    I have no activity plans, unless you call bringing my hand that contains a food article to my mouth activity. 

    I just have two words for me lately:  Hungry Horrors.

  • B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium, 1 Wasa wg cracker

    S- apple

    L- haven't decided, spinach salad will be part of it though

    S- hmm maybe plain ff greek yogurt?

    D- baked tilapia and veggies

    Activity- haven't decided if I'll do anything today or not.  I'm working (even though technically I'm supposed to be off today), and there's a ton of stuff to do.

    Yesterday- eating was ok.  My activity was shoveling.

  • B- skinny bun eggbeaters breakfast w Canadian Bacon, coffee

    S-apple, granola bar

    L-lovely bbq/rootbeer pork!, veggies, and more fruit eventually...

    D-the boys want pizza.  I might make me a pita pizza and salad!  Wine...

    A- C25K- Week 5 day 3-the 20 min run! argh!...

    Y-worked 8-8. by the time I came home, pilates no longer was desired.

    (per my FF-I lost the 2 lbs I found last week... wonder if I'm not eating enough?... wouldn't that be a joy!)

  • I suppose in light of my recent GD testing I'd better get back to this:

    b- two hard boiled eggs, 1 slice whole wheat toast

    s- apple with peanut butter

    l- whole wheat pasta with ground turkey and light maranara sauce

    s- cottage cheese and strawberries

    d- salmon with steamed asparagus

    Walk 30 min, resistance training with band.

  • Well lets see.

    B: Fiber PLus bar cup of coffee

    S: not sure, maybe some carrots and hummus

    L: left overs from last night! I have black beans, rice and slow roasted pork!

    D: uhhhh not sure.

  • B: Yogurt

    S: Cupcake -- damn valentines stuff at work

    L: Brown rice and broccoli

    D: Idk, I'm hoping pizza!

    Workout: Walk a mile

    Yesterday: Big surprise, I did not workout. I actually fell asleep as soon as I got hom till 11 pm.... wtf!? But I did do really well eating.

  • B- cup of tea

    L- not sure yet, probably left over from last night's dinner

    D- no idea

     

    I have not been able to work out in 3 days because I am too sick.  It is quite frustrating, can't wait to get better.
