Team Canada Mittens

J and I freaked out the second Team Canada entered the arena - we MUST HAVE those mittens! I am a mitten lover from way back and I guess you could say I'm "smitten"?

Of course they're already (temporarily) sold out online, and who knows when they'll be available again? If they're still available locally, would any of our Canadian nesties be willing to pick up a few pairs and send them to me? I would be happy to cover all costs, of course!

T - have you seen a Heatley t-shirt? I just can't justify the cost of the real jersey for Todd's birthday but the shirt I can! On the website they only have Crosby, Luongo, Iginla and Nash....have you seen Heatley around?? Although they did have a Thornton keychain...drool.....I may be sporting THAT item! I'll also send you an email!

That's only because he hasn't abandoned you for a team he felt could win... of course, we're actually doing so much better without him, so I guess it's a win-win all around.

I can't justify actually wearing mittens at my current location, but I LOVED their mittens, too! The maple leaf in the mitten palms was cute! And you could see so many of them as the Canada delegation waved to the crowd during their introduction.

Thanks Kriss, you rock! I did find some for Allyson at the store, they had plenty of them left Have fun in Whistler, I am so jealous in a good way and can't wait to hear all about it.
