In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We have an offer!! It is not a done deal yet, we are going to counter tomorrow (seems like their agent is expecting this). Yay!! We are moving to our "until we retire" house.

I feel like I won't jinx us now - so here it is. 1972 rancher here we come (never thought I would say that).
I volunteer to host a summer gtg!! I just realized we are getting a flag pole in the deal. Hmmm... I think I need to track down a Star Wars flag as a house warming gift for Steve.
