I actually did well over the weekend. I ate small portions and good meals. Plus, DH and I walked a mile and played in the snow - so good workout

Yesterday (and Saturday)- total bust on eating, I went out with friends and had alcohol (which I haven't had in months), and ate stuff I normally never get. Plus, DH and I went out for an absolutely delicious Vday dinner last night. I thoroughly enjoyed every.single.moment.
I'm with Lauren!! I had beer battered french fries Sat eve AND a few too many drinks! YUM! of course, feeling like a slug, but...
B-Eggbeaters skinny bun breakfast, coffee-not enough...
S-apple, granola bar-belly groweled LOUD at a cust's house this am!
L-Boca burger, fruit, veggies...
D-steak from yesterday (we grilled!) and some red taters...
A-supposed to do weights-prob will..
Y-supposed to do my week 5 day 3-I cannot get through it... ugh... will re-repeat week 5... again-breaking down and meeting w former trainer Friday for some suggestions, etc...
BUT!!!!! I measured self... lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist-1/2" from my arms, 1/2 from my lovely hips... YAH, BABY!!!! You gals and H&F are my support team!

B: homemade crepes with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar. That's right. You wish you were here for breakfast!
L: probably a tuna sandwich and some grapes
treat: chocolate mousse (sp?)! N made it yesterday, and made a big batch, so we still have some left.
This weekend we managed to go for some gentle walks. I'm starting to get over my cold, but I'm still really tired. We at healthy breakfasts and lunches, and indulged at dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
Today, we're both off work and we're going for a nice long walk soon. It's gorgeous out here!
Breakfast: Chocolate Cheerios w/skim milk, coffee
Lunch: PB&J on wholewheat, strawberries
Snack: Chips & queso (having Presidents' Day off is bad for the waistline)
Dinner: Shrimp & Feta bake w/ Feta & Spinach orzo
Yesterday: I stuffed my face at Bonefish Grill, so I supposed I did what I planned!
